Using ngoclin.h_projects means you're okay with these Terms. If you're not, please don't use the Service.

You may use UMIKA for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

• Generate illegal, harmful, abusive, or harassing content
• Attempt to bypass, hack, or abuse the AI system or authentication
• Use automated scripts or bots to interact with the Service
• Impersonate other users or entities
• Violate Anthropic's Usage Policies ↗

UMIKA's responses are generated by AI and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. The Service is for informational and conversational purposes only.

• You're responsible for keeping your credentials safe
• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You're responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service

UMIKA is in Open Beta — things are still being built. The Service is provided as-is and we don't guarantee uptime or stability. Features may change without notice.

We're not liable for loss of data, service interruptions, or damages arising from use of the Service.

The UMIKA name, branding, and design are property of ngoclin.h_. The Live2D character model and assets are licensed under their respective terms and may not be reproduced or distributed.

You own what you submit. By submitting, you grant us a limited license to process and store it solely to operate the Service.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You can delete your account at any time by contacting work@ngoclinh.org.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Any disputes arising from use of the Service shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Vietnamese courts.
