By accessing or using ngoclin.h_projects, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Use of the Service

You may use UMIKA for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

  • Generate illegal, harmful, abusive, or harassing content
  • Attempt to bypass, hack, or abuse the AI system or authentication
  • Use automated scripts or bots to interact with the Service
  • Impersonate other users or entities
  • Violate Anthropic's Usage Policies ↗

AI-Generated Content

UMIKA's responses are generated by AI and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. The Service is for informational and conversational purposes only.

Do not rely on UMIKA for medical, legal, financial, or academic decisions. Always verify important information from authoritative sources.

Accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials
  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service

Availability & Beta Status

UMIKA is in Open Beta and provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uptime, and features may change at any time without notice.

We are not liable for any loss of data, interruption of service, or damages arising from use of the Service.

Intellectual Property

The UMIKA name, branding, and design are the property of ngoclin.h_. The Live2D character model and assets are licensed under their respective terms and may not be reproduced or distributed.

You retain ownership of content you submit. By submitting, you grant us a limited license to process and store it solely to operate the Service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting work@ngoclinh.org.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Any disputes arising from use of the Service shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Vietnamese courts.
